We love a product that is eco-friendly. There's something so satisfying and lovely about toothbrush,  which makes more environmental friendly.

Today, we're gonna talk about the ingredients of this bamboo toothbrush from Agooday!

The brush handles were selected from Meng Zongzhu and Guizhu, and the soft-bristled toothbrush bristles were made of renewable nylon.

  • Meng Zongzhu & Guizhou 
As we mentioned in the previous post about the Meng Zongzhu & Guizhou, it's a renewable material and grows very quickly without the need of added fertilizer can be harvested 3 years. Bamboo is an environmentally friendly material with less impact on the environment than wood that can only be harvested and has a long growth cycle. 


  • Bristle: Hog hair 
Agooday carries two types of brush bristles: hog hair and bio-based nylon. But why we would promote hog hair but not bio-based nylon?



 Hog hair:  This is our most eco-friendly toothbrush as it can decompose in compost after 90 days.

Bio-based nylon: As Renewable nylon is not normal nylon. It is made from castor oil and is suitable for vegetarians. However, it cannot be decomposed in nature and also take times.



  • Brush handle
It is made of bamboo with a handle length of 18 cm and a thickness of 0.4 cm. The specially designed small bristles can deepen the oral cavity to clean the teeth. Also, Meng Zongzhu has a slip-stop effect, even if the flat handle is not worried about hand-slip problems. 

 Moreover, the brush head design is a 1 cm wide brush head and a fine brush neck design which make user can clean their teeth deepen and deepen.

      This bamboo toothbrush is completely made of natural materials, so the softness of the hog bristle can also be adjusted when soaked in warm water:)
